Kenny Ogungbe completes NYSC at 53 [photos]

Music executive, Kenny Ogungbe, has completed the mandatory one year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) at 53.

Ogungbe, who was well-known for helping to shape the Nigerian music scene in his early 20s with his Kennis Music label, shared photos of his Passing Out Parade on Instagram with the caption, “NYSC graduation/POP today.” Graduation day in Lagos/12C “All glory to God.”

The photos sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some claiming that Ogungbe could go into politics and raising questions if the 30-year age limit for the programme is no longer in place.
