Khloe Kardashian Secretly Rejected Tristan Thompson’s Marriage Proposal

Khloe Kardashian has opened up about the moment Tristan Thompson secretly proposed, leading her to turn him down.

The former couple, who recently welcomed their second child together via a surrogate, sparked engagement rumors throughout their relationship.

The reality star refused to be drawn on speculation but would constantly wear a giant diamond ring on that finger.

However, in the latest episode of the Kardashians, she revealed that the NBA athlete actually got down on one knee in secret – something she didn’t tell her famous family about until much later.
Kim Kardashian explained in a confessional that the athlete told her he wanted to propose on Valentine’s Day, but he ended up popping the question months before, in December.

‘The fact that he proposed and you never told us,’ she told her sibling. ‘I asked him months later, the night after I thought it happened, and he said, “Oh I did it months ago. She didn’t tell you guys?”’

Shedding light on why she rejected the proposal, Khloe said: ‘I said I need to make sure this is a totally different relationship, because I want to be proud to say I’m engaged to anyone.

‘That’s why I said I’m not comfortable accepting this right now, because I’m not excited to tell my family.

‘As hurtful as that probably was for him to hear, it was the truth. I’m not ever going to accept something and give someone false hope.’

Speaking to the camera about the moment, Kim confessed: ‘Ooof. I don’t know, if someone asked me I would have to say yes, I’d feel so bad.’
