Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS shapewear company has dropped its most controversial product yet: a line of faux pubic hair string micro thongs, available in red, blonde and brunette colorways and straight and curly textures
“How funny are these?” Kim asked her followers in an Instagram Story, flaunting a few samples of the new panties. “We have different colors, different hair. This is insane. Skims, baby.”
Naturally, Kim’s fans were floored by the synthetic body hair accessory. The product—described on the SKIMS website as the brand’s “most daring panty yet”—nearly sold out across all sizes and styles within hours of the first drop.
However, other social media users who took in the drop were a bit less pleased. As one fan wrote on X, “Kim Kardashian done lost her mind with them new underwear.”
“Oh Kim can’t be serious,” another wrote on X alongside a screenshot of the product. “BUSH PANTIES???”
