The 43-year-old has often been accused of having plastic surgery to make herself look younger.
However, Kim has consistently denied going under the knife and insisted she’s only ever had a bit of Botox.
Instead, she makes sure to keep up with the latest skincare trends.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kim was filmed speaking to her mom Kris Jenner as she spilled all of her secrets.
As the pair caught up after a photoshoot, Kim said: “But I got a salmon sperm facial with salmon sperm injected into my face.”
Kris was speechless after Kim’s announcement and just laughed at her daughter. Kim has also opened up about the work she has had done on her face and admitted she’s worried having Botox might negatively impact her acting career.
