King Charles III and Queen Camilla formally received Nigerian President Bola Tinubu and his wife, Oluremi, at the Royal Dais in Windsor Castle
The couple was presented to the Royal Family by Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales. The reception included a full display of royal honours, highlighted by a 42-gun salute from the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery.

President Tinubu departed Nigeria on Tuesday for the state visit to the United Kingdom, aimed at strengthening diplomatic and economic ties between the two countries.

The visit will focus on enhancing bilateral relations, attracting foreign investment, and promoting cooperation across key sectors such as trade, security, and education, marking a significant milestone in Nigeria–UK relations.
