Kourtney Kardashian Slammed For 10-Year Old Daughter’s ‘Makeup Routine’
Kourtney Kardashian is under fire after her young daughter Penelope filmed a now-deleted video showing off her morning ‘makeup routine’.
Some fans have suggested the removed TikTok was “inappropriate” and that the 10-year-old shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near makeup.
The Kardashians star, 43, seemingly spiked the video after reading the criticism from some followers who said she should have “more years of pure innocence”.
In the clip, Penelope, who Kourtney shares with ex Scott Disick, is seen putting on a pink headband before applying a serum to her face – preparing it for cosmetics.
“Have a good morning,” the youngster captioned the video which shows her applying concealer before blending product on her eyes, cheekbones and forehead.
Penelope completed her makeover with eye shadow, before applying mascara, finishing off the bold look with some lip gloss.
“I have a 10-year-old. Just no. They have only a few more years of pure innocence left before they start learning about becoming an adult,” wrote one fan in response.
Furious followers were taking to Reddit to voice their views on the deleted video, with another person adding: “I can’t believe she is 10 and people are supporting this.”
Seeming to show support, someone replied: “There’s nothing wrong with a little kid experimenting with makeup and stuff.”
Making a slight U-turn on the video, they added: “But for it to be published to the world to see gives me the irk…I guess I’m ‘old school’.”
Another person, in support, wrote: “Out of all the things to be concerned about, a little girls love for makeup ? Worry bout yourself.”
