The unbelievable has occurred in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
According to Twitter influencer, Lazy Writa, a lady who went to collect her National ID card wearing a ripped jeans was given a thread and needle to sew it before she could be attended to and that’s after she allegedly paid the sum of N3000.
