A Nigerian woman’s admiration for Korean actor Lee Min Ho led her to learn the Korean language, which unexpectedly launched her career with the Korean government in Nigeria
She shared her story on social media, revealing that her initial goal was to express her love for the actor in Korean.
Her passion for the language grew, and she won a Korean language speaking contest, became a Korean teacher, content creator, interpreter, and eventually secured a job with the Korean government in Nigeria.
Despite never meeting Lee Min Ho, she’s grateful her crush opened doors to new opportunities. Her inspiring journey has gone viral, with many celebrating her success.
She wrote: “I currently earn a living because I have a crush on a Korean actor. I wanted to be able to tell him something sweet in Korean, so I started learning the language.”
