The Lagos state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab has reacted to a funny tweet he was tagged on X.
An x user had complained about how her neighbours moan loudly at night, a thing she says urgently needs to be addressed.
She spoke her mind on her timeline, and another user seconded it. The other user, said, even the commissioner needs to be informed about the MOANING, so it can be ‘regulated’.
Thinking he won’t respond; well it’s an environmental issue, true true, lol, the Honorable commissioner responded!
The X user had wtweeted; “It’s actually a wicked act for neighbours to be moaning loud at midnight, especially on Mondays.
“I think it’s about time we addressed this issue in the estate WhatsApp group.”
The other user responded; “We should also report to the @tokunbo_wahab the commissioner for the environment as it constitutes an environmental hazard to others.
I’m with you on this Sis.”
Commissioner than responded; “I will immediately instruct LASEPA GM @thetundeajayi to personally visit, monitor and measure the noise level in order to ensure compliance and enforcement. Thanks for your ‘concern’. TW”
