The Lagos State Government is introducing an on-street parking scheme, set to commence in October
The Lagos State Parking Authority (LASPA) has notified churches of the new policy, which will charge vehicles parked on designated streets on an hourly basis.
According to People’s gazette, the scheme aims to manage parking in the state, and measures will be taken against cars parked indiscriminately.
While the notice did not specify the exact fee to be charged, it urged compliance as a law-abiding organization.
This move is part of the government’s efforts to enhance parking management in the state.
