This is the moment Nollywood actresses, Laide Bakare and Eniola Badmus almost had a physical fight at a recent event
The drama unfolded at the premiere of Eniola Ajao’s new movie, “Owanbe Thieves“.
The video of the confrontation has now surfaced on social media showing the tense moment between the actresses.
The incident occurred on the dance floor, where Badmus appeared visibly upset by Bakare’s presence.
As Bakare approached, Badmus warned her in Yoruba, “Don’t film us together, we’re not friends,” before Bakare responded asking her if her head was correct, then went on to touch her as she kept on insulting her.
The confrontation was a stark contrast to the glamorous atmosphere of the movie premiere, which drew a star-studded crowd to Filmhouse Circle Mall in Lagos.
This incident marks another chapter in the ongoing rivalry between the two actresses, who were once friends. In March 2024, Eniola Badmus accused Laide Bakare of mocking her for not having a family, a claim Laide denied, insisting her remarks were misunderstood.
Although they briefly reconciled later that month, as Laide shared on Instagram, calling Eniola her “once upon a time friend.”
