Nollywood actor, Tunde Usman famously known as Okele has floated a humorous yet thought-provoking idea to tackle the country’s challenges, citing the appointment of a foreign president
In a video, he jokingly suggested that Nigeria should “sign” former Presidents from other countries to lead the nation, citing the example of football clubs hiring coaches from abroad.
Speaking in Yoruba, Okele proposed adopting the football model of replacing underperforming coaches to address Nigeria’s economic hardship and leadership disappointments.
“Why can’t Nigeria look around the world and sign any ex-president who has proven himself in another country to fix Nigeria?” he asked.
