Liam Payne’s Florida mansion, which he had rented for $9,500 a month, is now back on the market
Located in Wellington, South Florida, the luxurious five-bedroom property was re-listed at the end of October for $9,950 per month.
The 31-year-old former One Direction member and his girlfriend Kate, 25, reportedly took a short-term lease on the home late in the summer.
Both shared glimpses of the property with their social media followers shortly after moving in.
Last month, it was reported that Payne had showcased the multi-million dollar rental in a playful Snapchat video, appearing happy and relaxed in the Spanish-style mansion just a month before his tragic fall from a Buenos Aires hotel balcony in October.
The $1.73 million mansion is situated in a gated community in Wellington, a wealthy Florida area known as “Horse Town USA” for its focus on equestrian sports.
