Lil Nas X was hospitalized early Thursday following a bizarre incident in Los Angeles, during which he was seen walking down a major street wearing only his underwear and cowboy boots.
TMZ Hip Hop obtained video showing the “Old Town Road” rapper wandering aimlessly along Ventura Boulevard at around 4 a.m. In the footage, he repeatedly points at the camera, mumbles about going to a party, and even places an orange traffic cone on his head.
Sources say locals in the Studio City area were alarmed by his behavior and reported a nearly nu..de man walking in the street to police. When officers arrived, they found Lil Nas still in the middle of the road.
After he charged at them, he was subdued, handcuffed, and assessed by paramedics for a possible overdose before being transported to a hospital.
Law enforcement sources indicated he could still face charges, but he is currently receiving treatment.
His representatives have not yet commented on the incident.
