Arsenal academy defender Reuell Walters has joined Luton Town on a four-year contract. Luton manager Rob Edwards welcomed Walters, citing his potential and the importance of his development pathway
Reuell Walters expressed his excitement to join the team, sharing his alignment with the club’s values and his eagerness to gain first-team experience.
Although Arsenal had offered him a contract extension, Walters chose to leave in search of more playing time, which was limited at Arsenal due to strong competition at right-back and centre-back positions.
As a result, Arsenal will receive a training compensation fee from Luton.
