A man with the X handle, @ChibuOnwurah has narrated how a broken Tv at home has made his family closer

He said the Tv got broken in December, and he is yet to replace it, saying it’s the BEST decision he has ever made.

He said with no Tv at home, his kids have read more, played together more, and even sometimes chill with friends in the evening.

He says the decision has been a beautiful one, and they will probably end the year without one.

He concluded by saying screen time is way down, while family time is way UP and we think we agree with him!! Lol.

But my own yard people will not agree to this o. Sigh!! They will go to w@r with me LOL.

”Our TV broke in December, and it changed our family.

We decided not to replace it for 6 months. Best decision ever.

Without a TV, the kids read more, play together, and spend evenings outside with friends. As a family, we talk more, laugh more, cook together, play games, and actually hang out.

On Saturday, we hosted our own family sip & paint with homemade meat pie, chicken wings, and puff puff. The whole day turned into laughter and connection instead of everyone behind screens.

It’s now 10 months, and we’ll likely end the year without a TV. Screentime is way down, family time is way up.

Best family experiment of all time.”
