A customer has caused a scene at a branch of MTN Nigeria after confronting staff over what he described as unusually fast data usage
The man had subscribed to a ₦30,000 package that promised 150GB of high-speed internet. However, he claimed the entire bundle was exhausted in just six days, far quicker than expected.
Angered by the experience, he went to an MTN office to demand an explanation, questioning how such a large volume of data could disappear in less than a week. The incident quickly gained attention online, sparking a wave of reactions.
People have backed his frustration and called for greater transparency in data billing.
