Man who broke new grounds in the worlds of animation and advertising dies aged 105

    He was a groundbreaking Chinese–American who broke new ground in the worlds of animation and advertising.

    Milton Quon, an animator at Disney during its Golden Age of Animation, died June 18 at age 105.

    Following his stint in animation, he went on to become the first Chinese–American art director of a major American advertising firm, and also appeared in small film roles later in life.
