Nigerian comedian Baba De Baba has accused businesswoman May Edochie and her lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye, of attempting to assassinate him
His claim comes after Edochie filed a defamation lawsuit against him.
In a video posted on his Instagram page, Baba De Baba alleged that his life and family are in danger due to his stance on May Edochie’s ongoing legal battle. He also expressed concern over his son’s whereabouts, stating that the child did not return home the previous day.
“If anything happens to me, May Edochie and Emeka Ugwuonye should be held responsible. My family has been threatened over May Edochie’s drama,” he said in the video. He further claimed that critics of May Edochie often face intimidation and threats.
The comedian revealed that he has been advised to file a police report regarding his missing son if he does not return within 48 hours. He also responded to allegations that he was avoiding a court case, explaining that he was not evading legal proceedings.
This controversy adds to the ongoing drama surrounding May Edochie’s legal disputes, with Baba De Baba’s accusations now drawing significant public attention.
