Since Governor Emmanuel was inaugurated
on May 29, 2015 he is said to prefer travelling by chartered helicopter which
he considers less ostentatious. The slash in Federal Allocation and high cost
of aviation fuel are other reasons Governor Emmanuel is taking this step,
