VeryDarkMan has spoken out on the Mirabel ra.pe controversy, saying she can’t be charged with false accusation because she didn’t name anyone
“For it to be false accusation, there must be somebody that was accused,” he explained.
However, he suggested she could be charged with spreading false information, which carries a penalty of up to 7 years imprisonment or a fine.
“What she did caused panic. A lot of people were disturbed… Yes, she should be charged for false information,” he said.
