Veteran Hollywood actor Morgan Freeman has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a long-term medical condition known for causing widespread pain, extreme fatigue, sleep issues, and cognitive difficulties
Freeman began experiencing symptoms after a near-fatal car crash in 2008, which left him with lasting nerve damage and chronic pain. Since then, the condition has affected his physical mobility and daily routines, often leaving him exhausted and in discomfort.
