A 28 years old New Jersey mother has been arrested and
charged with endangering a child after leaving the little girl in a car which
got stolen.

According to WABC news Marshay Smith left her 5-year old
daughter in the back seat of her car while she proceeded to use an ATM.

Luckily for the mother the car was found parked in a nearby
parking lot with the girl inside, the luck however wasn’t good enough to stop
the mother from being arrested by the police for leaving a minor in the car.
