Daddy please wake up – Murphy Afolabi’s daughter, Fathia mourns him

Fathia Afolabi, the daughter of famous Nollywood actor, Murphy Afolabi who sadly passed away on Sunday, May 14 has openly mourned her father.

Fathia said she can’t believe her father is gone and that she is still in disbelieve.

She also appealed to her dad to please wake up, as this is too much for her to bear.

Sharing beautiful moments of her family on TikTok, Fathia wrote; “I still can’t believe it. Daddy, please wake up. This is too much for me, Daddy.”

The actor way buried on Monday May 15th according to Islamic rites at his Ikorodu house.

Several of his colleagues attended the burial.

Among those who attended are the president of the Theatre Arts and Movies Practitioners Association of Nigeria, Bolaji Amusan popularly known as Mr Latin, Madam Saje, Damola Olatunji, Mercy Aigbe and many others.
