Actress Victoria Akanke Ajibola, popularly known as Omo Local, has opened up about the circumstances that led to the end of her marriage
The Nollywood actress shared her experience during a recent interview on Oyinmomo TV.
Speaking publicly for the first time about her divorce, Omo Local revealed that she and her best friend were both pregnant for her husband at the same period.
According to her, she was five months pregnant when she discovered that her best friend was three months pregnant for the same man. She said the situation left her deeply hurt and overwhelmed.
“I was five months pregnant, my best friend was also three months pregnant for my husband. The trauma was so much to the extent that I took poison because of shame,” she said.
When asked about her former friend’s current situation, she responded, “Anyway, I don’t know about her whereabouts anymore. Maybe she’s still together with my ex-husband, I don’t know, but they had about three (children) together after I left him.”
