The chief protocol officer of the Nigeria Football Federation
(NFF), Ibrahim Abubakar, has been shot dead. Ibrahim was shot early hours ofhis
morning at his home by men believed to be armed robbers.
The Federation’s official twitter handle announced the sad
news this morning. They wrote,

armed robbers in his house in Abuja in the early hours of today. Abubakar’s
remains is being taken to Kaduna for burial.”
