A Nigerian student, Edidion Effiong Okokon is de.ad
Nigerian community in the UK revealed Okokon was an international student at Teesside University and d!ed after a long battle with a lung disease.
He arrived in the UK in January 2023 and bagged his degree in May 2025.
Efforts are being made by his friends to raise money so his remains can be brought to Nigeria for burial.
