Onyekachi who was shot dead in front of his house was about
leaving around 5am to start distributing his products to customers when he
met his untimely death. The court heard that the late Onyekachi had screamed he
was not an armed robber but a sachet waster dealer but Timothy still went ahead to shoot him. He died on the spot.
