Nigerians have pounced on Afrobeat superstar, Davido for posting about how he conveyed from a ‘Grass to Grace’ situation, despite born into a wealthy home
Davido went on his X account to post about the trajectory of his career, stirring towards a grass to grace storyline.
He posted two pictures, a throwback and a recent one, with both starring manager, Asa Asika in them.
With a caption, “Never give up”, Davido posted.

Many didn’t agree with him as they believe he had financial support, so there was no grace to grace story.
According to social media users, the throwback picture was when he was still a big name like now, and because of that, they won’t accept the narrative.
However, some have acknowledged the growth in his career and accredited him some praise.
