Nigerians have called out Nollywood actor turned Politician, Desmond Elliot for commissioning a public toilet believed to be N200,000.
Shortly after the photos were posted on the internet, Nigerians took to twitter to call him out and mock him, asking if building just a public toilet was a project he should do for his constituency, not to talk of commissioning it. They went in hard on him… sigh!
