
Nigerians, Albanians, and Romanians have topped the list of countries that traffic s3x workers to the United Kingdom, the Home Office has revealed after 11 people were sentenced on Thursday for trafficking s3x workers.
According to a report by
Thomson Reuters Foundation, up to 13,000 victims of modern slavery in Britain
are forced to work in factories and farms, sold for s3x in brothels or kept in
domestic servitude, among other forms of slavery, according to the Home Office
(interior ministry). Most come from Albania, Nigeria and Romania.
