Henceforth, no one can carry out any form of business activity or access any form of government services including social and health services without a Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) in Imo State, the state government has said, adding: ” No indigene above the age of 18 will also be admitted into any of the state owned schools without a PVC.” The governor, Rochas Okorocha said his administration will embark on “operation show your PVC” for the indigenes of the state as a condition to engage in socioeconomic activities.
Really not bad. Now, this idea might be against him or for him in the nearest future. i.e. Recall that he is putting his son-in-law forward as the next Governor? Now if people go out and get their PVCs, they could decide to vote against him, and if they want his son-in-law to rule them, they could vote him, lol. So in all it would still favour the people of Imo.
