Tosin Silverdam says hitting the gym has come with one unexpected change he wasn’t quite prepared for.
Social media personality revealed that ever since he started working out and lifting weights more regularly, his l!bido has gone through the roof.
According to him, he now feels h0rny more often, especially after exercising, and being single isn’t making things any easier.
Sharing his thoughts on his Instagram Story, he wrote:
“My libido is high 😭, I get h0rny these days, most especially after working out 🏋🏿♂️ and lifting weights. These are side effects of gym. My testosterone level is unhinged at this point…Sadly, I’m single and searching.
And nobody want to date me or sleep with me 😂, I need help.”
From his post, it appears the increased s.ex drive is something he has been struggling to deal with, as he admitted that not having a partner has made the experience even more frustrating.
