The ‘war’ going on between Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle
Amosun and his Deputy, Segun Adesegun seems to have escalated. His deputy who claims
he has been maltreated on several levels by the present administration which
had one time forced him to write an open letter to the governor- here has
defected to the Social Democratic Party, SDP now.

Though Mr Segun now nurtures the dream of becoming the next
Ogun State Governor, he was also fast to say he has not yet been chosen as the
standard-bearer of SDP. If chosen by SDP as its Gubernatorial candidate, I will
unseat Amosun, he vows.
