The Police in Plateau state have confirmed the abduction of the chairman, People’s Democratic Party PDP, Plateau state chapter, Damishi Sango.
A spokesman of the police command, Terna Tyopev, today in Jos said, some unknown gunmen kidnapped Mr. Sango along Jere-Abuja-Kaduna road. The state publicity secretary of the party, John Akans, also confirmed the incident.
Channels however says he was abducted alongside his son, a chieftain of the PDP, Mr Emmanuel Mangnin, the driver and one other person.
