Oh wow! Ailing Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar has retracted her earlier statements on Apostle Suleman and she’s now seeking his forgiveness.
She admits her words might have harmed his ministry and family and she is so sorry
In an Instagram post titled “A Letter to Apostle Johnson Suleman,”
Halima acknowledged spreading falsehoods, expressed deep regret for tarnishing his image, and sought his forgiveness.
The controversy began when Halima in 2022 called out the Apostle over her illness, and said they dated for long.
Halima’s sister also joined in the accusation. And it almost became a daily call out on her Instagram page.
In her apology letter, Halima wrote:
”I admit that I made false allegations against you and also regret my action and the damage I caused to you, your wife, Dr. Lizzy Suleman, your family and the leaders of the Omega Fire Ministry.
With this letter I humbly ask for forgiveness recognising that my apology cannot undo the harm, pain and distress I caused and I ask you find a place in your heart to forgive me as I was not thinking right then…”
