Dr. Doyin Okupe, the Senior
Special Assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan on Public Affairs, has
congratulated the President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) and the
national leader of the APC, Senator Bola Tinubu for the party’s victory at the
March 28 presidential election. Okupe sent
his congratulatory message in a statement issued yesterday in Abuja. Part of
the statement reads thus;
