Actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has made a swift return to Nigeria after narrowly escaping the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, California
Just hours earlier, the movie star had expressed her concern and prayers for the city, revealing that some of her friends had already been affected by the blaze.
Taking to social media, Omotola wrote a heartfelt plea to God to intervene and help the people of Los Angeles overcome the disaster.
She also shared her fears of possibly having to evacuate the city.
However, in a quick turn of events, Omotola announced that she had safely arrived in Abuja, Nigeria.
The actress’s swift departure from LA came as firefighters continued to battle the raging wildfires that have claimed several lives and ravaged parts of the city.
