Suspected one-chance operators have been nabbed in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers state
A video of them in handcuffs was shared on X platform, which is now going viral.
In the video, people could be heard telling them they are shameless and too lazy to hustle like others.
A woman, suspected to be a mother, was also spotted among them.
