Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Media, Ossai Ovie Success, has criticised Davido for not publicly commenting on the release of k!dnapped oyo schoolchildren
According to Ossai, the singer had earlier shown solidarity by wearing a jacket bearing the names of the schoolchildren. He said that more than three days after their release, Davido had remained silent.
He wrote:
“Davido wore a jacket bearing the names of the kidnapped students in solidarity. Over three days after their rescue, he hasn’t said a word.
If you’re loud when things go wrong, but silent when they’re fixed, that’s hypocrisy. I am disappointed.”
