Ossai Ovie, Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor, has predicted that Peter Obi may lose the 2027 presidential election, arguing that more Nigerians are beginning to recognise the usefulness of President Bola Tinubu.
Ovie believes the growing appreciation of Tinubu’s leadership among Nigerians could have an impact on the outcome of the next presidential election, particularly for opposition figures hoping to challenge the president in 2027.
According to him, the political situation could change as more people begin to understand and appreciate what Tinubu brings to the table. He maintained that this shift in public perception could make things difficult for Obi when Nigerians go to the polls.
In a post he shared, he wrote:
