Billionaire, Femi Otedola has announced his N1 billion donation towards the nation fighting COVID-19. Nigeria currently has 65 cases of the virus.
Otedola made the pledge on his twitter handle today saying “I will be contributing N1 billion towards the eradication of COVID-19 across Nigeria”
Otedola said the fight to control and eradicate the COVID-19 “is in our hands. A few of us have decided to pool resources to support the government’s effort in building the needed capacity to flatten the curve. Stay Home and Stay Safe.”
