Social commentator, VeryDarkMan, has urged the Federal Government of Nigeria to act quickly to secure the release of Oyo a.bducted school children and teachers.
In a statement, he suggested that the a.bductors may not be demanding money in this case, but instead could be seeking the release of individuals currently held in correctional facilities.
He said this possibility makes the situation more urgent, as it may require immediate negotiation to prevent further harm to the victims.
He expressed relief that a woman believed to be among the a.bducted victims is still alive, and said he is hopeful that other victims, including children and teachers, will also be safely recovered.
He urged the government to act quickly, stressing that the priority should be the safe return of all those taken.

We are calling on the Nigerian government do the needful now, since all these people are asking for is just their people In correctional centre,
Government should release them and pls bring our children and these teachers back home because l don’t think these B@nd1ts wants money truly, they only want their people back”.
