A 37 year old C & S Pastor has been arrested by the Ogun
State Police Command for raping a 32 year old woman within the church premises.
According to the victim, the C & S Pastor was in a
prayer session with her when he asked her to hold on to some candle stick before
forcefully pulling off her clothes and eventually had carnal knowledge of her.

The victim and her relations later reported the matter to
the police and the pastor was arrested.

Confirming the incident, Police Spokesman, Muyiwa Adejobi
said the matter will soon be charged to court.

“The matter is currently at the Anti Human Trafficking and
Child Labour Unit of the Department of Criminal Investigation, Abeokuta and
medical reports so far received on the matter confirmed that the pastor
actually committed the offence and he has confessed to the crime. The matter
