Pastor Dolapo is facing heavy criticism online after Arsenal secured a major victory despite his earlier claim that the club could never succeed.
The cleric had previously dismissed Arsenal’s chances in a statement that has now resurfaced across social media platforms. According to him, the club was destined to fail no matter how far ahead they were.
“Arsenal can not win , didn’t i said it 3months ago? I said it that even if the gap is 29points , Arsenal can’t win. Didn’t i said it? There is a way you will watch a club , you don’t need prophet to tell you because they are cursed”.
Despite the strong remarks, Arsenal went on to claim an important 1-0 victory in a tense encounter, with Kai Havertz scoring the decisive goal to hand Mikel Arteta’s men all three points.
The result strengthened their position and eventually sealed a historic league triumph for the North London club after years of waiting.
Following the victory, football fans flooded social media with reactions, as many Arsenal supporters mocked the resurfaced prediction and celebrated the club’s success.
