Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, Pastor Sam Adeyemi has revealed in an interview on the ‘Mic On’ podcast that a series of troubling dreams about Nigeria caused his relocation to the United States
He shared that his wife and he had experienced dreams that left them feeling uneasy and sensing danger whenever they planned to return to Nigeria.
Adeyemi explained that the dreams began after the COVID-19 pandemic and the EndSARS protests, which made them hesitant to return to Nigeria.
Despite their initial plans to resume their work in Nigeria, the dreams persisted, causing them to seek guidance and pray fervently.
The pastor asserted the importance of the older generation, including political and religious leaders, taking responsibility for the country’s future.
He urged them to work together to make Nigeria a better place, as the younger generation would soon begin asking questions and seeking answers.
Adeyemi’s personal experience with these dreams served as a catalyst for his relocation, and he believes that it is essential to listen to the promptings of the Holy Spirit and seek guidance in times of uncertainty.
