Notable Nigerian musicians have been named as members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Lagos State Campaign Council ahead of the 2027 general elections
The list was released on the official media pages of the Lagos APC gubernatorial candidate for the 2027 election, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, on Thursday.
Fuji stars like Pasuma, Saheed Osupa, Malaika, Adewale Ayuba, Obesere and Small Doctor were named as part of the campaign’s Entertainment and Creative Economy Directorate.
Other singers in the list are Sule Adiro Ataweye and Aruna Ishola.
The list contains the names of 33 entertainers, including musicians and actors like Yinka Quadri, Oga Bello, Jide Kosoko, Toyin Abraham, Foluke Daramola, Eniola Badmus.
