During a livestream with singer Peruzzi, Peller lamented that the amount is excessive, claiming he doesn’t have the money and has only recently gained popularity.

Peruzzi responded by advising Peller to settle the tax bill, warning that failure to do so could result in jail time.

However, Peller argued that the tax bill is unfair, pointing out that the government has never supported him despite his online success.

He believes he’s being taxed because he’s been open about his income and assets on social media.

Peruzzi suggested that Peller plead for an extension to pay the tax bill, but Peller insisted that his income comes from social media platforms outside of Nigeria, making the tax demand unreasonable.
