Actor and reality star Pere Egbi has shared an emotional exchange he last had with Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo, a conversation that now carries heavier meaning following the actor’s d.eath
The message history dates back to August, when Pere reached out with concern, writing:
“Brother, I’m checking in on you. I hope you’re doing okay.”
Alexx responded shortly after in a calm and familiar tone:
“Hello bro
I’m good good
How are you & yours?”
Pere replied with relief and encouragement, saying:
“Awesome. Glad to hear you good bro. Omo I Dey o. I Dey Yankee Dey hustle. The hustle goes on. Happy to hear from you fam.
Gotta check up on each other always. Life is short.”
Alexx kept the exchange warm and appreciative:
“Thank you brother
I appreciate you checking in”
Pere followed with a prayerful message:
“May the God guide & protect you in all you do”
Alexx responded in agreement:
