statement released by the Police Command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Haruna

“On the 26/2/2015 at about 23:20hrs, the Commanding Officer,

visit at a Stop and Search point along Ahmadu Bello way, Bauchi.”

“Victim was rushed to ATBU Teaching Hospital, Bauchi, where
he was certified dead by a Medical Doctor and corpse deposited at the mortuary
for postmortem examination.
